Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and skilled manner
Analyze customer needs and offer solutions that best fit their requirements
Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
Complete and book customer shipments for transport
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Maintain customer records by updating account information as needed
Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English(French an asset).
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
Prior experience in customer service or sales required.
Proficiency in data entry and CRM software
Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred.
