Ensure that the sales department completes and correctly submits documents to business office
Verify each sales contract for accuracy and completeness
Facilitate and complete sales deal
Keep up-to-date records of each sales deal
Type required correspondence and documents with speed and accuracy
Maintain efficient accounting and record keeping systems
Verify all purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy for supplies of merchandise received and paid for
Business office paperwork
Post and record inventory information system
Transfer units and complete required paperwork
Post and record inventory in system keeping it up to date
Register units
