Job description
The Flat Roofer provides the construction work and support needed to ensure timely, safe project completion. The ideal candidate is in good physical condition, follows valuable work practices and procedures, and sets a solid example for the team.
Responsibilities:
– Leads by example and follows all health and safety policies and procedures.
– Learns and applies correct roofing procedures.
– Assists the team with roofing installation at various job sites.
– Loads and unloads job materials and removes waste as instructed by supervisors.
– Takes direction well and works independently when required.
– Works outdoors in all weather conditions.
Qualifications:
– Some previous roofing experience (flat roofing and torch use) preferred.
– Transportation is provided from the main office in Charlottetown.
– Motivated, dependable, and reliable.
– Working at heights required.
