Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, setting up work zones, and organizing materials
Perform general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and assembling structures or components
Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision
Support skilled tradespeople by providing materials, holding tools, or assisting with measurements and installations
Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote safety and productivity




Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
Report any hazards or issues immediately to supervisors to ensure a safe working environment

Experience
Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or general labouring is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is highly valued
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday
Robust attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality workmanship
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in construction or maintenance work
Reliable attendance record with a proactive approach to teamwork and problem-solving
