Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes on various projects. This role requires a strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment. Experience in dealership settings, automotive repair, or with power tools is highly valued. The Painter will play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetic and protective qualities of our projects, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure proper paint adhesion
Apply primer, paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
Inspect finished work for quality and consistency, making touch-ups as needed
Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
Mix paints and other materials to achieve desired colors and finishes
Maintain cleanliness of work area and proper storage of tools and materials




Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and specifications
Assist with minor repairs or touch-ups related to automotive or mechanical components when necessary

Qualifications
Proven experience as a painter, preferably with dealership or automotive repair background
Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
Knowledge of safety procedures related to painting and working around vehicles or machinery
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a agile environment
Prior experience with automotive painting or mechanic experience is a plus
