Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm) and (client site - 7am - 3pm)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our staffing agency in Vaughan. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, staffing, human resources, or a fast-paced customer service environment.

You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews and placements, maintaining communication with employees and clients, and supporting the day-to-day staffing operation.

This is an in office position and a valid driver's licence with access to a reliable vehicle is required.

Key Responsibilities
Source, recruit, and screen candidates for various positions
Conduct telephone and in-person interviews
Assess candidates based on client requirements
Coordinate interviews, job offers, and onboarding
Maintain accurate candidate and employee records
Communicate regularly with candidates and placed employees
Assist with employee attendance and staffing-related issues
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
Coordinate staffing requirements with clients
Visit client locations when required




Assist with general administrative and recruitment duties
Respond quickly to urgent staffing requirements
Work as part of a team to meet recruitment and placement targets

Requirements
Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or a similar role is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
Strong computer and administrative skills
Professional and positive attitude
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle required as you will be visiting the clients
Willingness to travel to client locations within Vaughan and the GTA
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
