Are you an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator or Pipe Layer ready to take on exciting large-scale civil projects in Northern Manitoba?

We’re looking for skilled, safety-focused team members to join our growing crew. Our projects include road construction, site development, earthworks, and new sewer and water installations—essential infrastructure that supports communities across Northern Manitoba & Mid-Canada Region.

-What We’re Looking For
Experience operating excavators, dozers, loaders, and skid steers
Experienced pipe layer with proven skills in sewer and water installation
Strong knowledge of protected work practices
Previous experience in heavy civil construction or remote projects (an asset)
Willingness to work in northern and remote environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.86-$45.00 per hour
