Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute renovation projects accurately.
Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely to perform tasks such as demolition, framing, and finishing.
Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, drywall, and other fixtures with attention to detail and quality standards.
Conduct concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work to restore or enhance structural elements.
Apply caulking, painting, electrical wiring, plumbing fixtures, and welding techniques to complete comprehensive renovations.




Estimate project costs and materials using construction estimating skills to ensure budget adherence.
Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed and projects are completed on time.

Requirements
Proven construction experience with a strong background in renovation or restoration projects.
Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, concrete forming, masonry, carpentry, flooring installation, tile laying, electrical work, plumbing, welding, and painting.
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
Knowledge of construction safety standards and protocols.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively.
