Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and physically capable Labourer to support our team in maintaining and enhancing agricultural and landscaping operations. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks related to irrigation, horticulture, and equipment maintenance, ensuring smooth daily operations across the farm or project sites. This role offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in farm machinery operation, maintenance, and the use of hand and power tools within a agile environment.

Duties
Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems and horticultural setups
Operate heavy equipment and farm machinery safely and efficiently
Use hand tools, power tools, and basic math skills to perform routine repairs and adjustments
Conduct general site cleanup, material handling, and landscape preparation
Perform heavy lifting tasks as required for transporting materials or equipment
Support the maintenance of farm infrastructure including fences, pathways, and equipment storage areas




Follow safety protocols during all operations to ensure a safe working environment

Skills
Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and minor repairs of equipment and machinery
Experience with irrigation systems, horticulture practices, and landscape maintenance
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively

Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments
Physical strength for heavy lifting and manual labour tasks
Knowledge of farm machinery operation and general site maintenance procedures
Strong work ethic with attention to safety standards in a physically demanding environment

Job Types: Full time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
