Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and providing essential support for financial decision-making. This role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in various accounting software.

Duties
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
Perform bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial records.
Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to maintain accurate financial data.
Prepare and maintain budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans.
Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage for daily bookkeeping tasks.
Generate financial reports to assist management in decision-making processes.
Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits as needed.





Skills
Proficient in account analysis and account reconciliation techniques.
Solid knowledge of bank reconciliation processes.
Experience with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks and Sage.
Solid understanding of budgeting principles and practices.
Familiarity with payroll processing and related compliance requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
