Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming setting for guests and residents. This position requires robust organizational skills, time management, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Duties
Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness of building
Launder linens and towels, ensuring that all items are cleaned to the highest standards.
Organize and restock cleaning supplies as needed to ensure efficiency in daily operations.
Communicate effectively with team members, residents and visitors to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to residents and or visitor inquiries and maintaining a friendly demeanor at all times.




Uphold hospitality standards by ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming.

Requirements
Proficiency in English;
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work workplace.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and staff.
A keen eye for detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks or schedules as needed.
