Developer/Technical Support/Application Support - Senior:
Procom is searching for a Developer/Technical Support/Application Support - Senior for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Seeking a Senior AI/ML developer to join their IT Emerging Technology division. This role involves working on projects related to machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and data engineering, with a focus on developing and implementing AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Developer/Technical Support/Application Support - Senior - Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor AI solutions using MLOps and LLMOps best practices
Build enterprise-grade data pipelines and perform data transformations
Conduct feature engineering, model training, deployment, and performance monitoring on Azure
Establish a robust DevOps framework for AI/ML development and data engineering
Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems for AI/ML infrastructure on Azure

Developer/Technical Support/Application Support - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
Minimum four years of experience with AI machine learning solutions and data engineering on Azure




Minimum four years of experience building DevOps pipelines for AI systems
Minimum five years of experience in developing data pipelines and ensuring data accuracy
AZ-104 certification completed and up to date
Solid proficiency in Python and experience with a machine learning framework
Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and SQL-based technologies
Experience implementing CI/CD and MLOps workflows

Developer/Technical Support/Application Support - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Azure Machine Learning, MLflow, and Kubeflow
Experience with Azure AI services and AI agent frameworks
Robust database design and development experience
Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
Ability to mentor and coach junior developers

This is a 6-month contract position, subject to extension.
