Fahel & Co is Ottawa's fastest-growing property management company and we are looking to add a Maintenance Technician to our team to support our growing portfolio and daily operations!

The Position:
We are looking for an organized and skilled contractor who is capable of performing property maintenance on a full-time basis.

Types of work - examples include but is not limited to:
Patching and drywall repairs
General plumbing maintenance
Demolition
Flooring installation
Interior painting
Minor appliance repairs

This role is highly adaptable and best suited for the following candidate:
3+ years of handyman/woman experience
Background in residential property management / construction
Excellent communication skills
Able to maintain a qualified and presentable appearance at all times
Compensation to be offered based on experience.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Experience:
maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
residential maintenance or handyman/woman: 3 years (required)
Property management: 1 year (preferred)
