Hours & Schedule
Tuesday to Saturday, 5am to 1pm
Full availability required during training period
What You'll Do
Lead and anchor the morning shift
Pack wholesale and customer orders alongside the overnight baker from 5am
Stack cake orders then move into stacking cake slices
Set up the display case before opening
Decorate cakes to our quality standards
Support Didi with overflow decorating as needed
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with health and safety standards
Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to the team
Collaborate with ownership to keep morning production on track
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years experience in a qualified bakery or kitchen
Cake decorating experience is non-negotiable
Proven ability to lead or work independently in a quick paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely
Reliable, consistent, and self-directed — you don't need someone standing over you
A team player who takes ownership of their shift
Certification in baking is an asset
Pay: $21–$23/hr based on experience
