We are currently hiring dependable Warehouse Loaders for full time night-shift opportunities in Scarborough. This is a physically active position involving the movement, handling, and organization of merchandise in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Compensation
$25.00/hour total compensation for the first 8 weeks
Base rate of $17.60/hour
After the first 8 weeks, compensation consists of the $17.60/hour base rate plus applicable performance incentives
Performance incentives are based on meeting established workplace productivity requirements
Night Shift
11:30 PM to 7:30 AM
Candidates must be able to reliably work the overnight schedule.
Responsibilities
Load and unload merchandise safely and efficiently
Move, sort, and organize products throughout the warehouse
Prepare and position merchandise for shipment
Perform regular lifting, carrying, and other material-handling duties
Maintain an organized and safe work area
Follow instructions from supervisors and warehouse leads
Meet expected productivity and workplace safety standards
Perform other general warehouse duties as required
Requirements
Physically capable of performing repetitive lifting and manual material-handling duties
Comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment
Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain reliable attendance
Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Comfortable working overnight shifts
Previous warehouse, loading, unloading, or general labour experience is preferred but not required
Able to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting
Previous experience operating electronic warehouse equipment is not required for this position.
Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
