Duties
Perform minor repairs in guest rooms, public areas, offices and staff accommodation.
Use hand tools and power tools to make minor repairs.
Conduct preventative maintenance in guest rooms.
Troubleshoot problems efficiently by diagnosing root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.
Maintain hotel grounds.
Collaborate with other departments for maintenance requests.
Experience
Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance or repair roles.
Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Prior experience working in a hotel environments is preferred.
Robust problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues early.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report on maintenance activities.
Pay: From $28.13 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
