Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Pay: CA$24.00 – CA$30.00 per hour
About the Role: We're looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team across two Calgary locations. If you take pride in great clinical care and enjoy helping patients feel comfortable, we'd love to hear from you. You'll work closely with the dentist and our patients day-to-day — chairside assisting, radiographs, room setup, sterilization, and patient education. We see a wide range of patients, including children and Invisalign patients, so we're looking for someone confident, patient, and adaptable.
What You'll Do:
Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
Take dental radiographs and assist with digital imaging
Follow proper sterilization and infection-control procedures
Keep patient charts and treatment information accurate and up to date
Give patients clear, friendly guidance on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Help patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit
Communicate with the front desk and clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming clinical workplace
What We're Looking For
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
certification
Solid clinical and organizational skills
Excellent communication and patient-care skills
Solid understanding of infection control and sterilization
Experience with dental practice management software is an asset
Orthodontic experience is an asset, but not required
Dependable, proactive, and a strong team player
ScheduleThis role covers two locations, with hours as follows:
Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: Off
Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
