-Two positions full time manager and staff pharmacist
Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize pharmacy operations
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide patient care and medication therapy management
Monitor medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions
Maintain inventory control and ensure proper storage of medications
Provide counseling to patients on medication usage, side effects, and precautions
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and medication safety programs
Skills:
Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing and administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare professionals,
and pharmacy staff-Fluency in Punjabi and Hindi an asset
Attention to detail and accuracy in medication order processing and documentation
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a quick-paced setting
Proficient in using pharmacy software systems for inventory management and prescription processing
Knowledge of hospital pharmacy practices and regulations
