Our client in York Region, On is actively looking for a Bilingual Collections to join their team.
Managing delinquent accounts and recovering payments
Speaking with customers (calls + follow-ups) in a skilled, respectful way
Negotiating payment plans, settlements, or repossessions
Documenting account activity clearly in systems
Using tools to track down customers (skip tracing)
Evaluating risk and making decisions on repossession or loss mitigation Collections / accounts receivable
Negotiation & conflict resolution
Customer communication (especially difficult conversations)
Decision-making under pressure
Time management / multitasking
Loss mitigation & repossession processes
Account analysis
CRM / collections systems
