We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Russian Speaking Home Support Worker to provide exceptional in-home care and assistance to clients in need. Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to ensure comfort and safety.
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences.
Administer medications accurately according to care plans and document all medication-related activities diligently.
Support clients with light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a clean and secure environment.
Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
Help with mobility and transfer techniques, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed.




Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers to coordinate care plans and report any changes in health or behavior promptly.

Experience
Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly desirable.
Proven background in patient care, senior care, hospice care or working with individuals with disabilities enhances your suitability for this role.
Familiarity with dementia care techniques and managing complex health needs is a solid advantage.
Experience performing caregiving duties such as medication administration, meal preparation, and light cleaning is essential.
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards.
Knowledge of nursing practices or certifications related to home health care will be considered a plus.
