Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Farm Labourer to join our agricultural team. This role involves supporting daily farm operations, maintaining equipment, and assisting with crop production activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a willingness to learn about various farming techniques and machinery. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in horticulture and farm maintenance within a agile agricultural environment.

Duties
Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to seasonal schedules
Operate and maintain farm machinery and power tools safely and efficiently
Perform routine maintenance on irrigation systems and farm equipment
Use hand tools for various tasks such as pruning, planting, and repairs
Conduct heavy lifting of supplies, plants, or harvested produce as needed
Support general farm maintenance including cleaning, repairs, and equipment checks
Follow safety protocols during all activities to ensure a safe working environment
Assist with soil preparation, fertilization,



and pest control activities as directed

Qualifications
Basic knowledge of horticulture practices and farm maintenance preferred
Experience with irrigation systems and farm machinery is a plus
Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools safely
Mechanical knowledge beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues
Robust physical stamina capable of heavy lifting and long hours of manual work
Basic math skills for measurements and record keeping
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team
