Job Summary
The Office Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office This position is responsible for overseeing daily clinic activities, managing patient care, and coordinating with our team of dental professionals to provide high-quality services. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and experience in dental office settings.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure productive workflow and patient satisfaction.
Coordinate patient appointments and manage scheduling for healthcare providers.
Assist in patient intake processes, including collecting medical history and insurance information.
Collaborate with staff to facilitate effective communication regarding patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records using electronic dental record systems.
Ensure compliance with RCDSO regulations and clinic policies to maintain a safe environment.
Assist with treatment management for patients requiring specialized care.




Manage administrative tasks such as billing inquiries and insurance verification.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a dental office setting is required, with a focus on patient care and administrative duties.
Proficiency in dental software programs, particularly Dentrix and Patterson imaging is an assest.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and dentalcare professionals.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
