Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site field reviews to verify installation aligns with building and architectural specifications.
Manage subcontractor quality control for cladding systems.
Prepare detailed daily logs, deficiency reports and progress reports.
Coordinate with general contractors, consultants to resolve site discrepancies.
Ensure strict adherence to site safety standards and building codes.

Requirements:




Architectural Sheet Metal Certificate considered an asset
First Aid Level 1 considered an asset
Valid Class 5 Drivers License
Ability to lift up to 80lbs
Willingness and eager to learn
Team player who is reliable, dependable and accountable
Experience working with other cladding systems considered an asset
