Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing recommendations and upselling specials to enhance their experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Shift4, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled correctly
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while balancing registers at shift end
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, ensuring food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery, ensuring guest satisfaction




Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming setting
Key holder position

Qualifications
Candidate must be available days, evenings and weekends
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Solid customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting through excellent time management skills
Knowledge of POS systems such as Shift4 is advantageous but not required
Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Experience in serving, upselling, and providing guest services in hospitality settings is highly valued
Kitchen experience or restaurant experience is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is essential
