Position: Accounts Receivable Analyst

Location: Mississauga, ON

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, including invoicing, collections, cash application, credit management and customer account reconciliations.The role will monitor AR aging, resolve billing disputes and chargebacks, analyze credit risk and collectability, and support bad debt provisions and working capital improvements.Responsibilities also include bank reconciliations, EFT/vendor payments, AR and sales reconciliations, and maintaining a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast.The successful candidate will support month/year-end close, audits,



financial reporting, ERP improvements and work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations and Supply Chain.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA
5–8 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, Finance or Working Capital Management
Manufacturing, automotive, industrial or distribution experience preferred
ERP experience required; JD Edwards experience is an asset
Robust Excel, analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
