Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on production and building equipment
Fabricate and modify machine parts to improve equipment safety and efficiency
Complete preventative maintenance activities and maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Diagnose and have a solid knowledge to service and maintain pneumatic, hydraulic, and power transmission systems
Inspect, repair, and maintain pumps, valves, conveyors, and other mechanical equipment
Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and fluid power schematics to troubleshoot equipment issues
Perform welding, fabrication, rigging, and hoisting activities as required
Operate shop equipment such as lathes, grinders, welders, forklifts, scissor lifts, and overhead cranes safely
Follow lockout/tagout procedures and all safety requirements to protect employees and equipment
Support production by responding to equipment breakdowns and participating in after-hours
Requirements:
Valid Ontario Industrial Millwright (433A) Certificate of Qualification
Experience in a manufacturing or processing setting
Must be able to use, Lathes, Grinders, and Welders
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $43.00-$46.00 per hour
