Responsibilities
Manage and grow a defined sales territory, selling new and used equipment
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Stay up to date on product features, perks, and available inventory
Conduct equipment demonstrations in the field
Follow a structured sales process from lead generation to closing
Track and maintain accurate customer and sales information
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Assist in planning and participating in customer events and promotions
Support customers with financing options and purchasing decisions
Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable equipment solutions
Attend training sessions and industry-related events

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in equipment or a related field
Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment is an asset
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general computer applications
Ability to understand and interpret basic sales data and reports
Flexible availability, including occasional extended hours
Strong communication and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
