Job Summary
We are looking for a permanent part time evening cleaner Monday To Friday From 4 pm to 10 pm. Other available hours are available. This position requires an individual to be physically fit and resides in the Durham Region. We require a police check record. Must have at least 4 years experience. Must be able to communicate in a team environment.

We are seeking 1 dependable and detail-oriented cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety across our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are hygienic, organized, and well-maintained to support a clean and welcoming workplace for staff and visitors. This role is vital in upholding the overall appearance and sanitation standards of our premises.

Duties
Perform routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Conduct commercial cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal
Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, and surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment
Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs or reporting larger issues to management
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap,



and toilet paper in restrooms and break areas
Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use

Qualifications
Prior experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred.
Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
Robust attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve.
Standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment or supplies
Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
