Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Millwork Painter to join our agile custom cabinetry team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing cabinets and related wood parts. Your expertise will help transform spaces through exact craftsmanship, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations. This position offers an exciting chance to showcase your painting skills.

Responsibilities
Apply high-quality paint, stain, or finish using air spray equipment, or other tools to achieve a premium finish
Experience with pre cat, post cat, lacquer, stains, sealers, top coats and custom blends
Use hand tools such as scrapers, putty knives, and caulking guns to repair or restore woodwork before painting.
Conduct surface inspections to ensure quality standards are met; perform touch-ups or corrections as necessary.
You are highly detailed oriented with high standards for finish quality




Maintain a clean work environment by properly handling tools and disposing of waste materials in accordance with safety regulations.
Manage drying, curing and re coating times

Requirements
Proven experience in painting with a focus on cabinetry or wood finishes.
Minimum 3 years experience in custom millwork finishing
General knowledge of sanding/ prep work
Strong understanding of color theory for achieving desired finishes; ability to perform , sanding, and surface prep with precision.
