Currently seeking a Level 2 or 3 ECE for a Christian Day Care.
Must have a strong understanding of child development, exceptional engagement skills and a commitment to fostering positive relationships with children and colleagues. The ideal candidate will be dependable, adaptable, fluent in English and capable of communication and multi-tasking. Solid leadership and classroom management skill are also essential.
Must hold Alberta Child Care certification.
Responsibilities:
Creating and implementing engaging programming tailored to the interests and needs of the children
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety within the workplace
Leading and supporting children integrated learning and recreational activities
Actively supervising and engaging with children while ensuring their well-being
Provide regular communication to parents through daily updates
Cultivating positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Participating in professional development
Adhering to Alberta Early Learning and Child Care Regulations
