Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile carpenter or lead hand. Various work throughout Comox Valley, surrounding area and some out of town work if interested.

We work on residential, commercial and civil / infrastructure projects. Must have a good attitude and willing to learn.

Candidate must be hard working, punctual and own a vehicle.

We are a small but growing company and there is potential for growth into supervision roles.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in both hands-on tasks and technical skills while providing a high level of quality in their work.

Duties
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute construction plans accurately.
Organize tasks in a efficient and secure manner.
Perform concrete forming, pouring and rebar installation.
Framing
Fencing, trellis, lattice and decks
Siding and window install
Operate equipment (if trained)
Carpentry in restoration projects, ranging from demo, drywall and finishing carpentry
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.




Perform heavy lifting as necessary to support project needs.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Skills
Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of various types of construction and trades.
Good organizational skills.
Solid background in carpentry and general construction.
Positive time management, performing task safely and productive.
Ability to work with hand tools and power tools effectively and safely.
Self starter and works well with others
Positive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $34.00-$42.00 per hour
