Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff to execute landscaping, lawn care, gardening, and general property maintenance tasks efficiently.
Oversee landscape maintenance activities including planting, pruning, mowing, fertilizing, to ensure lush and healthy outdoor spaces.
Coordinate tree care operations such as pruning, trimming, removal, and health assessments to promote safety and vitality.
Provide guidance and training to team members on horticulture best practices, safety procedures, and equipment use.




Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs or hazards and implement timely solutions.

Skills
Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, gardening or horticulture.
Supervising experience with the ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of quality.
Knowledge of construction practices related to property improvement projects.
Skills in tree care including pruning, trimming, planting, and health assessment.
Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to motivate and guide team members.
Ability to perform maintenance tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
