Saturday Shop Administrator – Join the Titan Team!

Are you organized, friendly and outstanding with people? Bob Lawrence Truck & Equipment Services Ltd Powered by Titan is looking for an energetic Saturday Shop Administrator to keep our front office running smoothly and deliver an excellent experience for our customers.

You’ll be the friendly voice answering the phone and the first person customers see when they arrive. This is an important position that helps connect our customers, technicians and management team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Answering incoming calls and helping customers
Taking payments and providing receipts
Calling customers when their truck or equipment is ready
Keeping customers updated on their repairs
Coordinating vehicle drop-offs and pickups
Recording accurate messages for technicians and management
Assisting with invoicing and general office duties




Keeping the front office organized and welcoming

What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, confident and professional communication
Solid organization and attention to detail
Dependable and comfortable working independently
Basic computer and payment-processing skills
Automotive or heavy-truck knowledge is an asset, but we’re willing to train the right person

Schedule: Saturdays
Location: Kelowna, BC
