Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
Accurately process sales transactions using the cash register or point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments securely
Maintain an organized checkout area, restocking supplies and ensuring cleanliness for an inviting workplace
Answer customer questions about products, store policies, or promotions with clarity and enthusiasm
Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently while adhering to store policies
Support inventory management by assisting with stock replenishment and product displays as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during busy periods
