Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring productive processing of transactions including cash handling and cashiering duties
Assist with food and beverage service, including upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, counters, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations
Manage wait times effectively through excellent time management skills, ensuring prompt seating and service delivery




Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
Support food handling and basic food preparation tasks as needed to assist kitchen staff during busy periods

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong guest services skills
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
Excellent time management abilities to juggle multiple tables and tasks seamlessly
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities while enhancing the guest experience
Kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is a plus but not required
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced setting
A positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
