Responsibilities
Communicate with clients regarding orders, product information, and general inquiries.
Coordinate customer requests and share relevant information with internal teams.
Maintain accurate client, order, and service records.
Follow up on orders and help ensure information is updated in a timely manner.
Assist customers with product-related questions and provide appropriate support.
Help coordinate retail and wholesale customer requests.
Review customer information and identify any missing or incorrect details.
Assist with routine administrative and customer service tasks.
Support day-to-day operations and help maintain an organized workflow.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, administration, coordination, or a similar role is an asset.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with computers, email, spreadsheets, and online business tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
Reliable, qualified, and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Experience with retail, e-commerce, distribution, or order coordination is an asset.
