Key Responsibilities:



• Support Site Superintendent with carpentry and labor tasks • Conduct safety orientations and evaluations across the site • Ensure adherence to project specifications and budgets • Facilitate daily activities and quality checks for all trades • Delegate tasks and maintain site cleanliness and efficiency

Requirements: • Minimum three years in construction, ideally in leadership • Robust independent and collaborative work skills • Proficient in occupational health and safety regulations • Knowledge of Buildertrend is an asset • Must pass a criminal record check upon hire
