In this full-time role focusing on Sustainable Cost Advantage, you'll be the gatekeeper of reporting integrity and compliance. Your strong analytical skills and financial expertise will guide the implementation of the new SCA-RCO ideation tool, working closely with finance and regional teams. Establishing productive partnerships will be key to facilitating governance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire SCA reporting cycle for accuracy • Perform comprehensive variance analysis and reconciliation • Create presentation-ready materials for leadership review • Uphold SCA compliance and identify policy gaps • Manage the inventory of SCA initiatives across regions
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent • At least 10 years in finance operations or governance • Proficient in advanced Excel data analysis • Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills • Experience with reporting tools and system implementation
