Sonata Design is seeking an organized coordinator to bridge design, estimating, island job sites, ownership, and suppliers. You will own the information flow and ensure timely, accurate handoffs across multiple teams and our international sites.
You will coordinate drawing sets, RFIs, client selections, schedules, and purchase orders, while tracking progress and keeping stakeholders aligned. This role is in office in Calgary with broad time-zone collaboration.
