Main Duties
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers or sub trades while maintaining a protected work setting
Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other subcontractors
Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Requisition and allocation of materials and supplies
Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Prepare work progress reports
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and laborer's.

Eye for detail- experience in finishing.
Excellent communication skills
The ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary




Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
Understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards
Completion of secondary school required.
5 years of experience in the work area is required.
Journeyman/woman trade certification is an asset

Salary will depend on experience.
