Position: Pub Security Staff
Location: Riley’s / The Junction
Job Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and security of all patrons and staff.
Check identification and monitor entry points.
Monitor patron behavior and help de-escalate conflicts when necessary.
Conduct routine patrols throughout the pub and surrounding areas.
Work closely with bar staff and management to maintain a safe atmosphere.
Provide professional customer service while enforcing house policies.
Requirements
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle busy environments.
Reliable, punctual, and qualified attitude.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Previous security or hospitality experience is considered an asset.
MUST HAVE VALID SECURITY LICENSE AND FIRST AID CERTIFICATION
Smart Serve must be obtained within TWO (2) months of hiring.
