Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and a strong ability to work in a rapid-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with menu selections.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Deliver food and beverages promptly to tables while ensuring accuracy and presentation.
Assist guests with any inquiries regarding the menu, including dietary restrictions and food safety information.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and kitchen as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any issues that may arise.
Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while adhering to company policies.
Requirements
Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
