As a Sales Associate, you will:
Actively approach, engage with and assist customers, keeping the Diamond Queen Toronto Jewellers customer Excellence philosophy in mind.
Present merchandise and detailed information, including product features, advantages and availability, responding quickly to customer needs.
Operate alone and collaboratively to achieve individual and team-based objectives and performance goals.
Collaborate with sales team co-workers and specified departments.
Foster an environment where clients are always at the forefront, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience, ideally in the luxury retail and or fine hospitality industry.
Lifelong learners with strong critical thinking skills and excellent time management.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, changing environment.
Robust communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills.

Pay: $14.00-$21.00 per hour
