Are you a passionate Medical Laboratory Technologist looking to inspire the next generation? Trillium College is seeking a dynamic, experienced professional to join our team as an Instructor in our newly accredited (with condition) Medical Lab Assistant/Technician program.

As an instructor, you'll bring real-world expertise to the classroom, guide students through hands-on labs, and play a vital role in shaping their success in the healthcare field. We’re not just about teaching—we’re about mentoring, motivating, and making it fun to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering engaging lessons (online and in-person) in a synchronous hybrid format
Supporting students through practical lab skills and theory-based content
Preparing learners for clinical placements and the MLPAO certification exam
Contributing to an academic workplace that’s professional, inclusive—and yes, a bit fun, too!





What We’re Looking For
You are a registered Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) in good standing
You’re enthusiastic about education and enjoy mentoring emerging specialists
You have robust communication and organizational skills
Previous teaching experience is a bonus—but not required (we’ll help you shine)
