Major Responsibilities:
Create a shopping experience that engages customers in a way that enhances loyalty, sales, and profit
Provide superior customer service and support Dolma Food vision of the best shopping experience.
Sliced and package deli product base on company standard
Demonstrate growth in product knowledge, including awareness of product changes, promotions, and seasonal trends
Guide customers throughout the shopping process by using suggestive selling techniques
Ensure OH&S;, food safety, and other regulatory requirements and procedures are implemented and maintained
Maintain a clean and safe working workplace as per Company requirements
May be requested to undertake other related duties on a periodic basis.

Qualifications
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills.




Clear and effective communication style, both written and oral.
Valuable judgment and decision-making abilities while communicating with customers and Dolma food team members.
Ability to learn manual and automated systems/tools.
Skilled at working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining priorities and a high level of performance.
Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings.
Fluency in English and French shall be considered an asset.
Previous experiences in the food industry shall be considered an asset
Passionate about food, knowledgeable about culinary topics, and eager to learn more about cuisine and food-related information are considered an asset.

The pay could be more based on qualification.
