Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring that their dining experience is exceptional. The ideal candidate will possess robust customer service skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with precision.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining tables, menus, and condiment stations.
Assist in food handling and service, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Support bartending operations as needed, including mixing drinks and serving beverages.




Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the restaurant.

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
Experience with cashiering or operating POS systems is beneficial.
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential qualities for success in this role.
