Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Roofer to join our agile team. Responsibilities
Install new roofing systems using hand tools and construction techniques
Repair and replace damaged or aging roofing components efficiently
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide installation processes
Use caulking and sealing techniques to ensure waterproof integrity
Lift heavy materials safely, adhering to proper ergonomic practices
Perform carpentry tasks related to roof framing or structural adjustments
Conduct inspections to verify quality standards and safety compliance
Skills
Proficiency with hand tools essential for roofing tasks
Previous construction experience, especially in roofing or related fields
Strong carpentry skills for framing and structural work
Ability to read blueprints accurately for accurate installation
Experience with caulking and sealing to prevent leaks
Physical strength for heavy lifting and sustained manual work
Handyman experience is a plus for versatile problem-solving on-site
