Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. This role requires a positive attitude, strong multitasking skills, and a passion for the food industry. As a key member of our team, you will ensure a welcoming environment for all customers and uphold food safety standards.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks using POS systems.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces.
Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently without compromising quality.
Restock supplies as needed and assist in opening or closing procedures when required.




Engage with customers in a friendly manner to promote a positive experience.

Qualifications
Previous 2 years of barista experience is required .
Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers.
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and measuring ingredients.
Knowledge of POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Serving It Right certification is required.
