Responsibilities
Deliver residential plumbing services including installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
Inspect and assess plumbing systems to identify issues and provide accurate repair estimates.
Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and water/wastewater distribution equipment in residential properties.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding findings, recommended solutions, and system maintenance.
Prioritize and manage daily assignments to meet deadlines and service commitments.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach on every service call.
Educate customers on proper equipment care and preventative maintenance.

Qualifications
306A Plumbing license or equivalent certification.
Or registered as an Apprentice.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically capable of performing the duties associated with the role.
