In this agile role, you'll be pivotal in onboarding recent brokerage clients, training agents and staff, and managing incoming queries daily. Working closely with our Client Success Team Lead, you’ll develop impactful training materials and provide invaluable product feedback. Expect a fast-paced setting where your insights shape how we serve our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end onboarding for new brokerage clients
• Resolve around 10 tickets daily across two platforms
• Conduct live and asynchronous training sessions




• Create and maintain a comprehensive training library
• Gather product feedback and advocate for agents' needs
Requirements:
• 3 years in a customer-facing role
• Proven track record in turning around customer experiences
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Quick adaptability to shifting priorities
